question about cooking with weed using alcohol

i want to make a cold, refreshing drink that has THC in it. If i extracted the THC from plant matter using, say, a strong vokda, and then evaporate off the alcohol using a very low heat,could i, then be left with a clear liquid solution WITH THC in it that i could put in lemonade? or does the THC leave the solution along with the alcohol?

anyone have any suggestions?

the thc wouldnt evaporate off, but its only in solution because of the alcohol. im not sure what exactly would happen physically if you evaporated all the alcohol off, but i dont think it would work.
