Question about cameras

I have some old Nikkor AF lenses for 35mm and am contemplating getting a digital body but don't want to swallow the cost for new lenses as well. Does anyone know if there are adapters for mounting these lenses onto a Canon DSLR body, or, more preferrably any of the smaller mirrorless cams? I don't care about losing the AF feature as long as the end result is clear pics.
