Pure speed test , dark orange, instant bubbles and big puff of smoke, safe to eat?

Sorry guys this is a stupid question but thought I would ask it anyway. I scored some pure speed on the weekend, sticky orange/yellow crystals. I just wondered what it would test like. I thought it would just do the orange/brown thing, but I was wrong. This shit went dark orange (almost brown) bubbled instantly and a big puff of blue smoke, (about the same amount off a cigarette). I was wondering if this means it is really really strong stuff, or maybe it just went like that because testers are made for mainly just MDMA. I have seen tests bubble black, but not this did, it was like a volcano! Anyone had this before with testing speed? I haven't tried this yet, so can't give a report.
 
Usually with a pill testing kit, a smoking bubbly reaction indicates DXM. Never heard of that reaction with just speed, but I'm not sure I'd try any of it quite yet. DXM can be scary stuff.
 
I tested on some pure meth(amfetamine) crytal shit once and had a reaction like that.
Very ugly color and a lot of smoke coming off. Do not inhale that smoke !
Anyway, the kit is designed for Ecstasy like substances.
You definitely have Speed but what kind of Speed.... hard to say.

I tested methamphetamine 2 weeks ago, and it turned yellow-orange (unlike straight amphetamine, which turns bright orange - brown)
It did smoke quite alot

Yeah well this stuff was sold to me as pure speed, looks like normal speed. My friend had some the other day and said it was quite good, just like normal speed. hmmmmm....must have something of a higher content in it to do that. The smoke was like more of a steam form of smoke....light blue. Anyway, thanks guys!
 
Most stuff you buy is only 10% pure at best according to UK lab tests. aj's experience with a pure sample would suggest you really have got something well before it was due to hit the streets...........caution advised!
 
I agree with paddyboy.
amphetamines are almost ALWAYS cut down with something, and pure speed can be dangerous, so please be careful, and again, if you're unsure of what it is - FLUSH IT

in what ways would 1/10th gram of pure speed be dangerous if you normally did a gram of street speed?
aren't pharms like adderall quality speed?
 
pure speed is dangerous in the sense that it is a very harsh substance. if you snorted pure speed chances are you would strip all the flesh from your nose and bleed to death... well maybe not but you get the picture.
also if you are uses to using cut speed, and you use the same amount of pure you can end up in trouble.
