Here's the link to the final report recently issued. Not as detailed as I'd originally hoped, but interesting nonetheless. I do recall another thread about this in PD, but couldn't find it right off and I'm a bit pressed for time at the moment. If mods wanna merge, then by all means do.
So, do you guys think this is a good or bad thing? The report didn't seem to biased, to me anyway. However, I'm in the good ol' U.S. of A. and I think there's substantially more anti-drug bias here than in the E.U., in the scientific community at least, though it appears as this is changing.
