Looks interesting, but too indepth for me...Listening to your body and nutrition should be emphasized before even reading about these programs..These programs are more geared towards professionals and pre-contest shit IMO...
 
it's really not that tough to keep track of. i found a pretty good program all laid out somewhere, but I can't seem to find it (i have to bookmarked at work though). each workout tends to be pretty short, other than in shock week, which means I have been able to do 30 mins cardio or abs and calves on alternating days without spending 2 hours at the gym. seems to work for them, and they are by no means professionals.
 
Looks really interesting. I might start in a couple of months if I can maintain good discipline (I've been failing to get to the gym as often as I'd like because of my new dog).
