Protonitazene (CRM) (Pronitazene, CAS Number: 95958-84-2)

New to this term, does the DEA exempt preparation mean it has somehow been added to a solution that would prevent its use?
 
Adding to a solution doesn’t change the chemical so no.

It could be a few things. Maybe a pro drug….an analogue. It’s a vague thing to say.
