I'm asking the fucking questions!
Just a quick question.
May I ask about different brands of nutritional supplements that are 100% legal or is this still considered as sourcing.
I ask this because there is so much bullshit on the web that trying to filter out the legit products is quite a task.

If it is allowed I would just like to ask what a good valued protein weight gainer of a ratio roughly 1/3 protein/carbs would be, I heard optimax serious mass was good but this could just be good marketing on behalf of optimum nutrition.
So any thoughts of good powders?

And i would also like to ask if any myosin inhibitor supplements work and if so what are the side effects.

Apologies for the poor format, still no mobile version of BL so I can't post properly

Thanks for any input,

Nolys

i dont believe in "weight gainer" supplements. if you wanna put on quality mass you need to eat quality foods. ON whey is the only protein i buy, i usually have no appetite in the morning so i just pound a shake and eat some fruit.

but if you really want a weight gainer get cytogainer, i've used it in the past and it tastes good, but i dont look at it as anything crazy. it's just protein, lots of carbs, and creatine. of course you're going to gain weight from all those carbs, but most of it will be fat. that being said, good look with your fitness goals for 2011 and i speak on behalf of the misk

nolys, you can find a variety of supplement review sites that are rather decent.
Be wary of single post reviewers or 'Guest' reviewers and be mindful of join dates on those forums. Many product representatives hype their own products through those sites.
