Ok I have been off H for a week and it's fully detoxed out of my system, clean drug screen etc.. But I did do a suboxone taper for 5 day's of the same week, it's been 2 day's since then, would I be safe to use one time today without risking going back into withdrawal?

If you use opioids at all after detoxing you can expect to get at least rebound effects if not full fledged W/D. Especially if you haven't even waited a whole week!
