So I need some help or advice here guys. I recently met a female in my life that has been the absolute world to me and is such an amazing team player and partner..she loves me so much that honestly, I usually get flustered and dont know what to say to her back lol..
Anyways, to get to the issue here..
Her ex husband is your stereotypical ex-marine, medically discharged with "PTSD" apparently due from witnessing a roadside bombing on a tank that was hundreds of yards away from him. Anyways. He brought her to live in Peoria, IL where I stay. They lived here for a couple years (been together for 14), and have 4 kids together. Out of nowhere one day, he swindled her into leaving their house, locked her out and filed an OP claiming that she was physically abusing him. She was left homeless, and then violated her OP and caught a felony for seeing her son and telling him I Love You. They havent let her see her kids in almost a year now. This isnt the worst part.
So her father and mother. They are both going into court and siding with this asshole, EVEN THOUGH, this asshole had just beat her dad up to a pulp, and put him in the hospital. Her dad dropped the assault charges, and still went to custody court to keep my girl from getting custody of her kids. Her mom, dad, brother, and this asshole all tell the courts shes a junkie that is physically abusive and uses heroin around the kids.
So let me be straight here. Let me tell you all the FULL BLOWN TRUTH.
This woman literally takes prescribed morphine and oxycontin. Because 3 years ago her spine snapped in half from a seat belt. She has 2 fused discs, rods, pins...and she fell recently and bent the rods and broke the screws and ruptured another disc and has surgery september 5th.
but shes a drug addict y'all. And she needs rehab before the ex husband considers visitation rights. But you know whats okay? Her ex husband ass raping her one night drunk, with a female witness in the dark corner of the room not able to speak because she feared for her life. Now, her mother is out calling me, Maria, and her other friends liars and saying we are lying about all of this just so she can get her kids back.
Her dad is also a pedophile and her and her friends have collaborating, VERY detailed stories. But unfortunately, the judge and the courts are treating her like shes not even human. Certainly not like shes the mother of these children. And the children BEG to see their mom!

But he wont give my girlfriend ANY of the shit she owns from her 14 year marriage, he claims that she owned no clothes and literally 2 dollars. This MF cashed in a 401k of 100,000 just recently and bought a new truck. He also has a 200 grand house that is half hers, and alimony totalling 9 grand. And also half of their tax return. But he is REALLY trying to get away with not paying her shit!
Oh and wouldnt youhave it, when he found out she was with a new man, and then looked into my background, he started messaging her begging her to come back home to him and the kids. Lol. She said naw, you ruined that long ago. Im starting a new family now.
