I got prescribed some Zopiclone several months ago, I've since ran out. Do I need a brand new prescription to get a refill, or is the empty bottle with my name on it good enough at the same pharmacy?

Put in a prescription refill request, I'm assuming, because i don't know for sure, but, i don't think that you would need a new written prescription to get a refill, but ultimately it's up to ur doc if he wants to give u a refill.

It should say on the bottle whether it can be refilled or not. If not, it's back to the doctor you go (though you might be able to get a phone order).

It's a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic (like zolpidem/Ambien.) As far as I know, in the US it is available only as Lunesta (no generic.)
