Opioids Potentiation using Tagamet (Cimetidine) help!

Okay, so I know of a few things I can use to potentiate. However, this Cimetidine is new to me. It seems in the US it's easily available but here in the UK you need a script:/

I've read it is the CYP450 enzyme/ingredient etc that is responsible for said potentiation.

Are there similar drugs/substances with this CYP450 in that are available over the counter in the UK? Or any drug that potentiates in a very similar fashion that's available in the UK that isn't DXM, quinine, grapefruit juice or diphenhydramine etc?
