Knocks me out for about 4 hours, but not more.
Some people say lower doses work better.
Definitely didn't find this myself.
45mg works way better than 15mg did.
But the addition of something like Diphenhydramine or Doxylamine, other anti-hystamines, perhaps when I wake up at about 4 am??
It's the anti histamine action of mirtazipine that causes drowsiness, right?
Or that plus it's antagonism of 5-HT2c??
Well, in any case, would the addition of these potentiate the sedative effect of remeron so I could get a full nights sleep??
