Opioids Potentiating Tapentadol

I know there have been numerous forums discussing how to potentiate opiates, but from what I've gathered through reading on how Nucynta is metabolized, the drug isn't as heavily dependent on the CY450 like most opiates. So my normal potentiating drugs (cimetidine, grapefruit juice, naproxen, etc) probably aren't going to be as effective with tapentadol.

I have yet to take pharmacology at my school but will soon...but until then, anyone who's got insight on how to potentiate this drug would be of great help
 
Sorry for bringing up this old thread.

Today, after a grape smoothie, tapentadol effects were intensified at around 80%.
