Potent LSA Cold Water Extraction?

I was wondering if I were to take 100 MG seeds and extract it in as little water as possible then strain it. Then take the same water and extract 100 more seeds. Could you make very potent CWE by doing this over and over until the water contains the most LSA as possible.

The reason I ask is because I would rather drink less to achieve the effects desired
