Posting pictures from iphone

Hey guys I am not tech savvy I want to post pictures on blue light from my phone but can't figure it out just got an iPhone 5. Any help is appreciated I took the pictures just can't figure out how to share them thanks family

Go to a file sharing site, I use Imgur, upload the pic, copy the message board code it gives you, then paste in desired thread.

I have more success when I go on imgur and select upload from desktop.
