hi all. im finally kicking the shit for good. and i couldnt be happier. i didnt really have THAT bad of an addiction. it was barely a year off and on every few months. but this last time i used for about two weeks straight. i was using about 80mg hydro that i CWE'd. And the last time i used was 3 nights ago. The acute withdrawal phase is basically over, if i even had one. But im more nervous about the post acute withdrawal phase. How long is it gonna last for me seeing i wasnt that deep into addiction?

Dude give it more time before you bump your posts. Its only been a few hours.

To answer your question quickly, you will likely not experience much if any PAWS. What probably will make you anxious post use is the fact that you are worrying about getting PAWS. Think positive about the fact that you aren't on opioids any more, and they aren't holding you down. Get yourself into healthy life situations. Go out and exercise, eat healthy, be socially active, create little goals for yourself in your life (things you can complete in days, weeks), etc. Just don't worry about what could happen, like PAWS. A lot of PAWS is just a state of mind, so if you throw it away and exchange it for a healthy life style, you are preventing paws from existing.

Like Cloudy said, I think you will be fine. The main problem with PAWS is depression and overall boredom. Find something rewarding and productive to do. Exercise is always a good one. It sounds like you know that you didn't have a serious habit, and I think you will escape fairly unscathed! Count yourself as VERY lucky and never look back. :)
