I think the most important component of being healthy is accepting one's body - something I've been working on all my life, and am still not nearly done with...
1. Everywhere except my back, I have excellent skin (never had facial acne, for example).
2. I also have very resilient teeth (only a few cavities in my life, almost all during childhood)
3. My legs are actually pretty powerful. I was able to lift more with them than my bulked-up construction-worker friend!!
4. I do not produce too much body odour or bad breath.
5. I like my body-hair just as it is.
6. I have very nice hand with delicately-formed fingers
7. I feel perfectly comfortable with my size
As I said before, I am still working on accepting my body. I was struggling above to name more than 3 things. There are so many negatives that I am coming in terms with... thinking of the positives more often might be helpful...
