I know that these threads aren't approved of, but I'm scared shitless and across the ocean from the person in question. S/he is a long-term alcoholic, with a history of suicide attempts, and after a period of sustained heavy drinking, began to DT.

An idiot GP scripted her Doxepin, low-dose diaz and beta-blockers: doxepin being a tricyclic that can induce suicidal ideation/intent, and is ABSOLUTELY contradindicated in cases of severe DTs. She's mixed them all with booze and become incoherent on skype, then went silent. I don't have her address, and the combo can - in rare cases - be lethal. Any advice whatsoever welcome, and yes, I've already told her to go to the ER...she's not responding.
