I have been waking up from sleep the past two days experiencing an unpleasantly intense daze that lasts about an hour and a half. This is very unusual as I am typically a morning person and can get up and go at the drop of a hat. I would like to avoid utilizing the drug if this is uncommon as it interferes with my schedule.
I had binged on methamphetamine for three days before these symptoms were noticed. I ate well and slept about 9 hours the second night with the aid of 1.5mg Clonazepam (Klonopin). Meth and or lack of sleep haven't ever made me feel this way before. Furthermore, this sensation I had of 'swimming in a daze' is reminiscent of the benzo high.
I am not an experienced benzo user nor expected such powerful sensations, without prolonged use, to manifest specifically when waking up from sleep.
Is it unheard of, considering the half life of Clonazepam, to feel residual effects even up to 48 hours after a single dose?
