Yay or nay?

It's on my toe, it was caused by my work shoes. It's uncomfortable when I notice it, but i don't always feel it.
is it worth popping or should i be wary?

It is totally up to you.
Some would recommend leaving it and letting your body do the work.
Though others are inpatient and would rather pop it and release the fluid.
Either way is fine, just remember to keep it clean and sterilise anything you use to pop it, covering it in a breathable plaster.
Popping it you run the risk of it getting infected, though a simple anti-septic cream would sort that out.

Hope this helps, peace

Every time I've prematurely broken blisters on my feet I got a systemic infection that needed antibiotics, so I never pop mine.

Your body will deal with it. If it's not hurting you then I wouldn't break it.
