So I know you're all probably gonna say that you can get a good or bad batch regardless of the press, and I'm well aware of this. BUT ever since the beginning of last summer pokeballs have been going around my area and they always seem to be good. I've noticed on pillreports that the same thing seems to be happening all across the mexican/american border states.

They're chalky and dissolve quickly and they always make me roll balls, and I'm yet to come across a bunk batch of pokeballs (which is weird, every other good batch I've had had a bunk duplicate made within a month).

So what's up with that? Maybe it's just too hard to duplicate a two sided press, every pill is pressed almost too perfectly. It seems like they're all coming from the same major producer/distributor, everyone has them and they have a reputation as the dankest pills you can get.

Anyone else notice this trend? have any of you come across a bunk batch yet?

There's no real reason for this thread other than curiosity, but I think it's weird that a press can have such a good rep and not be duplicated. Whoever's making these things must be making a killing, I've been around X for a good four years now and I've never seen a consistently good press last this long, it's been over six months since the first time I came across pokeballs and they're still just as dank.
 
I have only seen one report of a bunk pokeball press on pillreports so far. Its not hard to duplicate a 2 sided press at all. One can only guess as to why the copycats have not shown up yet but I am sure it won't take long for bad ones to start showing up :(
 
Yep every pokeball i've ever had has been super dank, best i've had except a select few =D
 
I must be too far north. I've seen my fair share of pills, but frankly we mostly have a bunch of (bunk) transformers, and some fairly decent plain blue pills. Another good thing about these good blue pills is they don't look out of place in an advil bottle ;p.

I am interested in trying these pokeballs, because I've only heard good things, even around here.
 
It's so weird reading about all these pills, where I'm from (Ontario) nobody does 'ecstasy', but everyone does MDMA (well not everyone, unfortunately). Dealer's i know don't even sell ecstasy pills, just molly caps. We just call them M's. Not trying to hi-jack the thread or anything, its just interesting i think.
 
Since this forum has such a wide range of posters who post here I'm going to ship this over to Pillreports because I think the discussion generated there will be more helpful than what could be discussed here.

Mods: This one is sort of on the edge, if you feel its more suited for ED then by all means ship it back. :)

I was just commenting in a thread the other day about the same thing re: longevity of the pokeballs. Someone has a good source, and it's the longest I've seen a press stay 'good' in a long time.

Yeah, I wonder why that is? Respect for the pokeball (doubt it)? Hard to copy (quite possible)? Not popular enough (I'm sure a majority of people on these forums have heard of them)?

Whatever the reason, lets just hope that the reason keeps them from making copycats... 8)
 
i suppose im lucky. i reside in CA, the outer LA area actually. and i can actually get pokes all the time these days. and it has been pretty much for the past year that all anyone i know around here buys is pokes. and theyre what i would consider "afforable." i mean i have only ever had one bad roll with a poke. and i must have dropped more of them than i can count on my hands and feet.

its gotten to the point where i wont buy anything that isnt a poke. i just trust the press i guess...

oh and i know im super spoiled for having them so readily availible. and im deffinently going to be sad if that ever changed.

i love pokes

All the pokeballs I had were good except for one. It was an M & M with brown speckles and other weird dark colors. Turned out to be a pipe.

All the other ones I've had have been amazing
 
My friend's dealer who sold lots of BOMB pokeballs (amongst other things) just got raided, so looks like it's all over for us. He was in So. Cal too. Got one white pokeball quad stack left...after that, who knows? May never have the pleasure of rolling again! :(
 
I've ran into some pokeballs lately. So far i've only got white batmans and yellow clovers. but other should be here soon. only got try the clovers so far and they were bomb. 1 one was nice 1 1/2 was where most people would like to be. 2....floored. <3
 
The pokes seem to come and go. For a short while we (me and my close friends) seem to have a constant hook up on pokes. Then one dealer can't get em... Then there seems to be a grey area where we can't find em anymore. Then someone will get a poke hook up, but the hook up super stupid expensive cuz, "Hey man these are pokes... You have to pay up the ass for them!" Then someone will come through with pokes for a short while... Then itz back to all the same old bull shit! God I love pokes... But they seem to be such a pain in the ass to find. At least for me :( FTW!
