Hey.
Are there any threads that talk specifically about parTy and play within LGBT+? Specifically, the gay community?
I'm really talking a place where we can, and those who are just curious, discuss the meth epidemic. I really need some sort of support like that, in fact.

Right now, I'm wondering on thoughts on how to cure (?) the epidemic. What will need to happen? Any historical comparisons? I mean, pnp is such a hard thing to get out of and so easy to get into.

Aside from that, what do you guys think of poppers when in recovery? And what about harm reduction with T?

Im not gay, but when i have meth it definately makes me want to do gay stuff lol... and then when i come back down to earth im disgusted with myself.

Gays here like meth and Ghb.... but honestly when you inject meth you cannot "get it up" so unless theyre on viagra its pretty pointless... my cawk shrinks massively when on meth

that means you're gay ^
No it doesnt. Everyone is on a spectrum... nobody is truly straight... but injecting meth really makes you wanna do the baddest nastiest sex possible. Luckily i havent acted on it.... yet

Anybody who gets fucked up and then wants to be gay, is already a little gay and it just comes out because the barrier you have up, is washed away

So that's just truly how you are

You might be bi or whatever

But you're at least a little gay

Lol

I don't wanna bang dudes when Ive done meth - and I would if that's what I really wanted to do because I don't care what anybody thinks

So you're definitely a little gay

cmon
First of all, let's damn the everyone is on a spectrum for a moment (not that it isn't true). But, Mr. Krinkle, what jayyss is saying is, in fact, true about meth. It's well known to do that. I'm friends with my dad's ex-wife and she is a former meth addict. She's seen it too (with women, of course).

Again, putting the spectrum aside, meth often does that to people. But not to everyone. I do feel that, and largely because of my observations with meth use (but much of the time before hand), that the contemporary idea that some people are born is bunk. Most of the time, yes.
I really feel that it's also, or can be completely, be environmental. Trauma does something to people, we all know that.

jayyss' situation could be the people around him. The setting. Frankly, whenever I did it without sex around I didn't really get horny.

Yeah sorry, I'm gay & when I do meth, I don't think about women AT ALL...

it definately makes me want to do gay stuff lol... and then when i come back down to earth im disgusted with myself.
You're disgusted because you're ashamed. We live in a society that paints gay men & men being sexual together as "icky" and "gross" and "weird". And if you're ashamed, you're less likely to act on "gay stuff" when you're sober.

I don't think Mr. Krinkle denies that people's sexualities are on a spectrum, but by "a little gay", he means you have to have some GAY in you in order to do that in the first place. Does it mean you're gay? No, you could be bi or 90% straight & 10% gay (which is still a type of bisexual IMO).

I mean after all, you describe the stuff you like as "gay" too, so if you like "gay stuff" (sober or not), then yeah you have a little bit of gay in you.

I'm sorry but I've done insane amounts of meth in my lifetime (at least 20+ years, thanks to being gay & coming across it from other men so often) & not once have I ever thought about or got turned on by women. Sure it makes you a huge pervert & sex addict, but it shouldn't be "changing your sexuality" on a whim like that.

People who use this excuse are probably already slightly bisexual (or even fully in the closet) and meth takes away their ability to hide it anymore (since it makes you so horny), but then when they're sober & able to repress themselves better, they go back to saying "naw, I'm straight!"...

In the wise words of Mr. Krinkle..... "Cmon!". A fully straight man does not get turned on by or aroused by another man typically. And I'm severely doubtful meth just changes people's sexualities, rather than un-inhibits their already repressed desires & allows them to act on them.

I'm gay & some times I feel gross too after I nut with dudes, that's just post-nut clarity, it doesn't mean "Oh I feel gross so this means I'm automatically straight then".

I actually hate this line of thinking because it implies that "gayness" is just some sort of side effect of something, like an illness that people get if they do bad things (like drugs). Which is kind of insulting to openly gay people who aren't ashamed of admitting they're attracted to men.

Do I think men will some times experiment & can still be straight? Hell yeah, but experimenting & then deciding you don't like it is a hell of a lot different than "I go gay every time I get high".

and if you were really that disgusted with yourself, you wouldn't keep doing meth

but you keep doing it, because you really do like being gay sometimes

you like that it makes you a knob gobblin sissy boy without restrictions

you're out there posting ads on grind'r letting all the boys come to the yard

right?

im glad you brought this topic up because I have another story about this just from a few days ago

Through this model has been debated, like everything in the universe, from light waves to magnetism, everything is on a spectrum, including sexuality.

I feel like the gradient is a little different with men than it is women, since men have a natural aversion to one another due to aggressive competition and territorialty. For instance, I would never ever hit a woman, but if somehow I was gay and had male partner I would probably be violent toward them for the slightest offense out of my natural dominant nature. So for me it's hard to look at a man and feel attraction, because whenever I see a guy I am instinctively sizing him up with regard to whether or not I could take him in a fight. I don't actually think that outright; it occurs in my subconscious. All of my good male friends I have at one time or another faught or tried to fight.

But while I might be a 0, it is a spectrum. Like my brother in law. My sister met him at a ballroom dancing contest, and he is a hardcore Christian (who loves his "daddy" in the sky above anyone else), despite his parent not being Christian. Was a virigin whe he married my sister at 24. And I once heard him yelling at my 6 month old crying nephew, "Yeah cry like a girl, a girl who likes to wear pretty dresses". He also physically spanks my 4 nephews and nieces and nephews alot, despite the fact that his parents never hit him (I've never heard of someone who was never spanked decide it's a good idea to start hitting their kids). He cares alot about his appearance and my sister jokes to he spends more on skin care products than she does.

Point being, I think he's maybe a 2 or 3 on the kinsey scale, and his behaviors are caused by his repressed sexual attraction to men. But he isn't a full on homosexual. But he isn't a 0, which has caused him great internal conflict.

Again, sexuality is definitely a spectrum, because everything in the universe exists as a spectrum.

This graph provides surprisingly little information. Is there corresponding contextual explanation for each level?

How is "slightly homosexual" quantified? What does that even mean? 1 through 5 are just various leanings of bisexual?

That was some random version of the Kinsey scale that popped up when searching.

But the original Kinsey scale was even more vague, and was based on survey data (which was criticized for its questionable quality/validity):

But regardless of the logic behind the classifications they used to develop this model of human sexuality, I think the main point is that this is some of the earlier work that points to the idea that sexuality, like everything else in the universe, exists in a spectrum where "yes and no" are human constructs to define things that really are "to some degree yes and to some degree no".

However I think with male sexuality, the spectrum looks abit different than female sexuality. Most females could probably be to some degree bisexual, or rather quicker to accept a female as a mate, or more prone to be sexually attracted to another female. With men I think the shape of that curve would look a bit different, with an exponential curve rather than a linear relationship show on the Kinsey scale.

This difference is due to instinctive testosterone-mediated competitiveness and territorialty of male humans (homo sapiens are in some ways the most violent species if primate), where men are often viewed as potentially dangerous rivals. So, in terms of the gradient of male sexuality, you see only very slow change early on, and then a sudden ramp at the end, where bisexuality turns rapidly into exclusive homosexuality, thus the exponential curve in my model:

And yes, on the y-axis I did draw balls on the upward arrow that indicates the degree of homosexuality.

I suppose the question with respect to this PNP thing, and drug associated homosexual behavior, is to what extent does that curve change? It probably does change with certain drugs, particularly drugs like meth (due in part to the anti-aggressive and disinhibiting effects of serotonin release). The more to the right of this curve you are, the more this might present.

im not buying it

you might be more horny from certain drugs but you're just as gay or not gay as always and that wall that you put up, comes down from all of these substances

so you might drink alcohol and 1 have cock in your mouth but if you smoke meth or crack, or do coke, you might end up with one in your ass and 2 in your mouth just because you're feeling it a little more
