Misc PLZ help need QUICK answer!! Injecting issue; slipped out while tied

I was injecting and the needle slipped out while the tournequet was still tied and i was in the vein.. there is sa huge lump i mean huge

ice it?
 
Put a hot compress on it, if the area stays red/swollen for more than a few hours, gets worse, or an abscess forms then see a doctor

BL is not an emergency help forum though...
