Plugging oral liquid tramadol

Hello, I couldn't find answer anywhere, so...
I have obtained 96ml Tralgit bottle suppossed to be taken orally. Is it safe and worth trying it recrally?
 
tramadol is most efficiently metabolised and put into effect if taken orally - someone correct me if i'm wrong.

i would advise taking it as recommend. orally.
 
It's Oral not Anal. If it belongs in your mouth, don't shove it up your ass. And vice versa.
 
The correct term is rectal, not anal.

OP, if you decide to go through the rectal route, and this applies to any drug, take half the dose you would take orally.
 
Tramadol is supposed to be on average around 10-15% higher in bioavailability when taken rectally instead of orally, but it can vary greatly depending on the person (and whether or not you have, uh, fully evacuated your bowels recently), so as loulou said, it's best to take 50% of your usual dose if you're going to try it rectally. It also might come on stronger or faster.

If the only active ingredient in Tralgit oral liquid is tramadol and it doesn't contain any weird inactive ingredients irritating to the rectum or something, then the only safety issue from taking it rectally should be that it may have stronger effects rectally. Tramadol is used in rectal formulations.
 
It contains : kalii sorbas , ethanolum 96% , propylenglycolum, saccharosum , polysorbatum 80,menthae piperitae aetheroleum , aqua purificata
 
yeah you will be fine doing it rectally, Iv done it once before and had no problems.. But truthfully, I didn't really feel like it got me any higher than it did when I took the same amount another time just orally.. But your fine, Go for it! =D

Try it out and let me know what you think of it, if it actually gets you higher than just taking it orally.. I would like to know if I am wrong.
 
Thanks for responses. Any other advice, opinion especially experience is welcome.
Not sure if Im gonna try it but if I do, I'll write here.
 
So Ive tried it, its more effective and much faster than oral. Strenght is not overwhelming but essy noticable, but to take half of common dose is little bit overated. It also makes a different buzz in a good way. Much more feelings of well-being.
