Anyone have anyone experience plugging ephedrine (or pseudoephedrine for that matter)? How well does it work and what are it's effects/bioavailability compared to oral dosing? Is this safe? I've heard that meth is quite amazing when plugged but have never messed with meth myself though.

Also, does anyone know the cold water solubility of ephedrine vs guaifenesin? And if they're the same, is guaifenesin safe to plug? I have a shitload of Bronkaid tablets that I'd love to extract the guaifenesin out of so I can try plugging the ephedrine sulfate.

Ephedrine is a mediocre stimulant. The hydroxyl group on it (the difference between eph and meth) is enough to make it avoid the blood-brain barrier and have very little activity on monoamine release. Don't expect plugging to make eph any better.

it's (ephedrine) has got an oral BA of 85% (going from the halflife mega thread) so there's not going to be too much more from rectal use(comparative to oral) if it is indeed more efficient.

going from the vibe of your thread you've never taken the drug so why not start by taking it orally initially?

Also, does anyone know the cold water solubility of ephedrine vs guaifenesin

google the water solubility levels of each and compare them, simple as really.

And if they're the same, is guaifenesin safe to plug?

i'm not sure about that but do you know the figures of the guaifenesin you'll be using? it's an expectorant used in cough mixtures.

^cool, thanks for that, man

25mg ephedrine/400mg guaifenesin per tablet.

ok so given that guaifenesin is highly water soluble and dosing shouldn't exceed that of 2400mg in 24 hours (nausea and vomiting a common symptom of OD) and ephedrine is (water soluble) as well, a simple cold water extraction isn't going to be the right way to go about thing.
