Yeah, you get it. You wont remember my name. I am from germany, english is not my spoken language. Yeah. So mistakes, might occour. I am in the moment, goint , trough 40 mg Methatdone, cold turkey. To me thats nothing new. I am 57 yo. Have gone through that shit, like 50000 times. Not hard. The hard part comes after that. I found you , cause I searched the most powerful opiate.....yada yada, and found the infamous pharaohphentanyl thread.
Yup, now , I like to say this, dont know why, but I like to remember.
So
You just have not a 1% chance, as an addict, if you rely on politicians. In germany, thats where , I come from, a single doctor pushed out codeine , a cough medication, to help addicts. Codeine is used as a legal opiate. It helped, hundreds of addicts. All politicinas did, and that was in the 80'S , was to push this very doctor out of business. His name was Gorm Grimm. The father of MAT in germany. Hes is a hero to many. Because , he wanted to help. All politics did, was deny him his license. Get that!

I would , these days, remember Gorm Grimm.

I wonder, If anybody knows. Germans here? Dont care. ( I wish, I could be portuguese, and if you dont know, why? F.O. ( Friendly here, not now, though, I am wd'eling motherf....r. Maybe , I love you, dont know. Conflicted, you see?)
But the heros are long forgotten. Thats not okay.

Although, I am in my 5000tds wd's and made a stupid rookie mistake.
As I said, I am in the first 7 days of 40mg methadone, cold and me, my addict and me, I decide to get drunk.
I puked,I had diarrhoea and feel horrible.
Stupid games, win yada yada, I guess. 😂
 
Already wide awake. Man this mothertruckin insomnia has me on the edge. One week over. Freezing, nose running, and today I am going to apply some fentanyl patches on my patients. Lord have mercy and let me properly dispose, the freaking leftovers.
Those 150mcg used patches seem to attack me, like.....ahhww... You know the deal
( Clearly that's all a made up story, I am not. Clear, as day, a practicing nurse. No sir)
