So I just had great sex with my lover Then I got up when hewas in the shower and could barely walk like it hurt in the lady area. I know girls tend to cramp after sex but I never do but this was no cramp his was like hardcore pain but ignored it and what not then went off to the shower.

Okay I'm hoping I'm just FUCKING PARANOID but this hasn't ever happened to menot even when I lost my virginity. There was some not a lot of blood like the tinyest amount it was VERY little... I'm not on my peroid and not going to be for a bit...so I was worried. Just wondering if that has happened to any of you girls...or if any guys knew if this was normal.
He didnt fuck me hard at all.. just normaly and softly half the time if was no painful during sex just when i stood up to walk and that tinny bit of blood came after i showerd... or so is when i noticed.

you're recently pregnant, right? you NEED to contact your doctor asap. only your doctor will be able to tell you if there's a reason to be concerned. blood and severe cramping in pregnancy absolutely require a visit to your OB.

Sometimes during sex your body releases feel-good chemicals that keep you from feeling pain. once you finish, the endorphins disappear somehow (I'm not a scientist) and you can feel pain again. maybe he was bigger than you are used to, and he stretched you without realizing it? Just a thought, but I'd call your gyno just to be safe.

I think the miscarriage 2 weeks ago may well have something to do with it. Your cervix is probably still very tender so even a gentle pounding could lead to bleeding and pain. How long did you give your body to recover before you started having penetrative sex again?

Also - sounds like what I experienced when I had chlamydia. Have you been tested for it? It's easily treated so no panic

Kitten, you've mentioned before that you caught your fiance cheating, so please take some precautions and just get tested. It probably is just the miscarriage, but you never know when cheating is involved. Better to take the test to be safe, and like lola said, it's easily treated.

two weeks? i don't mean to call you out, but i'm confused by your timeline since only four days before posting this thread you said you were a month along...?

if you were truly a month along (doctors begin calculating gestation at the first day of your last period) you likely experienced a very common (but no less disappointing) miscarriage known as a chemical pregnancy. most women experience a little extra blood and crampiness but, unless they've had a positive HPT, do not ever realize they were pregnant. if you were further along, my guess is your symptoms were more severe in which case, i definitely agree with lola that your cervix is likely still recovering. did you discuss with your doctor when would be a safe time to begin engaging in intercourse again?

additionally, i also agree with both Lysis and lola in that it would be wise to be tested. some STIs, like chlamydia, can cause miscarriages and if left untreated, infertility.

What do you mean by that? Infection by Chlamydia trachomatis? If so, as an infection of the cervix, or as an ocular infection. I can't see the ocular one leading to infertility... I can see it leading to blindness. Perhaps you where speaking of reactive arthritis triggered by it?

It is also possible you mean Chlamydia pneumoniae and the bacterial pneumonia caused by it? I don't see any evidence linking that to infertility.

Else, are you referring to a large genus of bacteria a few of which are human pathogens and a much larger number of which are pathogens for various animals?

Please improve your prose so that someone is able to firmly identify the exact subject you speak of when that word or words which are subject can have many meanings.

Oopps! I meant "one" not "two" weeks ago i lost the baby. I had just found out I didn't know I lost the child I had cramps and apparently when i saw the doctor there was no baby I wasn't very pregenant hence why i didnt have too many effects. .

considering i mentioned STIs (that's the acronym for "sexually transmitted infections", rangrz), one that was interested in the properly identified bacteria and actually read my post could deduce that i was referring to sexually transmitted chlamydia caused by the bacterium, chlamydia trachomatis.

from the CDC:

If untreated, chlamydial infections can progress to serious reproductive and other health problems with both short-term and long-term consequences. Like the disease itself, the damage that chlamydia causes is often "silent."

In women, untreated infection can spread into the uterus or fallopian tubes and cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This happens in about 10 to 15 percent of women with untreated chlamydia. Chlamydia can also cause fallopian tube infection without any symptoms. PID and “silent” infection in the upper genital tract can cause permanent damage to the fallopian tubes, uterus, and surrounding tissues. True, chlamydia or other STIs can be a concern. But only from the past.
No STIs have such quick onset, so they would have to be in place prior to this event.

The biggest concern is PID, which can be caused by many things, but usually involves cramping/pain.
Bleeding is a big clue that it is a little soon since the miscarriage.

My wife is very well-educated in female sexual health and she says that it takes at least one whole cycle for complete recovery from a miscarriage.
In particular she mentions that some 'material' is not expelled during the miscarriage and lots of women have bleeding or other discharge, including clots. This can happen for several cycles but it usually clears up with the first one after.
She also says that normal cycles can take a few months to reestablish themselves.

Cramping and pain is expected to happen, especially during or after sex.
The bleeding really is the biggest clue that this isn't an STI.
But it is always a good idea to check it out.
Some women develop fever and difficulty walking or sitting upright with PDI, but by then it is already a serious infection.
Most likely this is a continuation of the miscarriage, and it is pretty common for women to be concerned when it happens.

You know, you can't really have an infection caused by a bacterium, as bacterium refers to a single bacterial cell. A bacterium does not an infection make.

Also, I don't know if you knew this, but sometimes you need to use uppercase letters to not look like a fool. This is generally done by setting a "bucky bit" to logic high. In the English version of Windows and Mac OS, plus most versions of Linux, UNIX, and most operating systems period, this is done by depressing a 'modifier key' while typing the letter. The default key mapped for this function is called the "shift" key. It is located just above the "control" key. This on the extreme left of the keyboard and would usually be the second key from the bottom. Try pressing it next time you are typing "I" or at the start of the new sentence.

If it your shift key fails to work, there are instructions available online on cleaning your keyboard. You can also buy a new one for quite cheap!

Further, Thank for you telling me what the acronym STI stands for. However, I was quite clear on the meaning of it. I was also aware of the role C.trachomatis and PID in infertility and other reproductive health issues. I was just pointing out that using the term for a whole genus of bacteria is rather low in precision, and that C.trachomatis is capable of causing disease in more than one manner in humans.

Kitten, sometimes after a miscarriage there is...um...tissue left up in the uterus. That is why oftentimes a D & C is recommended after a miscarriage. Of course, left over tissue in the uterus is not good, so I would advise you to see a GYN to make sure you have expelled all of the tissue from your miscarriage.

Fawkes, I might be in the minority, but I understood exactly what you meant with no problem and/or clarification. Moreover, you are correct. STIs, esp. untreated, can indeed cause scarring in the fallopian tubes=etopic pregnancy= D&C=failed pregnancy. That is one scenario, anyway...

hello kitten when i read your thread, i was surprised to hear that he didn't fuck you hard. i know some blokes can be a bit forceful and rough, and if this wasn't the case then i'm a bit mystified to what the problem could be kitten.
