I took 20mg adderall last night (IR NOT XR) and it was all fine and dandy until this morning after I took a shower I got HORRIBLE stomach pains like unimaginably painful, then the upper part of my neck on each side started hurting and I looked in the mirror and I was pale with no color in my face at all. The stomach pains are really hard to handle, please can someone help me find a way to get rid of the pain. I feel like I got ran over by a bus 100 times.. Please someone help! It hurts.
