ok, here's the deal with my fucked up, crazy ass. saw my doctor and had him put me on subutex or whatever..haven't been taking them so i've been shootin instead. today out of the blue i decided to slice off the tiniest little piece of a sub and shoot it. then i got sick....which i didn't think would happen since it was literally the smallest piece! i shot some dope to not be sick anymore, but it didn't do shit. tried another shot, but am still feeling shitty. i really don't wanna get high anymore, but drawing is the worst and i busted out of rehab last week. lol, i'm ready to detox but this is so ridiculous. if i shoot more dope will it kill the sub that's in my body??? HELP! i'm a fuckin retard:!
 
What you are experiencing is precipitated withdrawals. That means that you had opiates on your brains receptors when you took the subutex, and sicne subutex has a higher binding affinity for your brains receptors than any other opiate does, it rips the opiates off your receptors, thus, making you feel like complete shit...i.e. precipitated withdrawals.

Unfortunately you cant reverse PW's once you started them. you can try to take a bunch of dope to make you feel better but that probably wont do anythign at all unless you do a shitload of dope, and even then, it might not do anything. Since you only took a small amount of subutex, your PW's shouldnt last too long. Thats good because your probably just gonna have to wait it out until you feel better.

Your doctor should have told you that you cant take subutex while you still have opiates in your brain. You need to be in moderate to severe withdrawals first before you can take the subutex, otherwise you will experience PW's....like you are experiencing now.

I know how bad they feel so I feel sry for you, but unfortunately there isnt really much you can do.
 
^as jB explained, you're experiencing precipitated withdrawals. There have been *many* threads on this and its been discussed extensively in the various sub mega threads so search around and/or look in there. What he said above is true though, you pretty much just need to wait it out but it shouldn't last that long.
