PLEASE help IV missed shot

i forgot to take my tourniquet off when shooting oxycontin and its swelled up like a fuckin baseball! i need some advise on ways to help the swelling go down and prevent bruising, and any other advise you guys can give me. its a few hours old and i have been applying heat to it and thats about it. PLEASSE if you have any advise to add its greatly appreciated.

Apply heat, give it time to go down, if it starts to turn red and swell and you see a red line going up your arm go to a fucking hospital lickedey split.
