Look, I've just voted in a poll about trophies but I'm too technologically stupid to find it. But that's not the reason I'm begging you to let me keep my most recently received trophy. My my um bought me a 60 th birthday card over a decade ago and arranged something special to mark the occasion. But today instead of being 73 years old I find out, no I didn't realise, someone actually worked it out. I'm 7 bloody . I just went along with my mum and wheny birthday came round the next year I was obviously 61, right? Dead wrong. I was only 59. Today someone said that I can't be 73 as I was born in 1954 and they were born in 1952 and they were 73. My own mother. She passed away 5 years ago and it broke me inside. But I'm telling you, nature or nurture I'm not sure but my own sweet mother was as dumb as a box of rocks, so I'd say my inability to even know how old I am is genetic. Do please don't take a trophy back from a poor stupid old woman who takes after her mother. In all seriousness it's bad enough when people as my 73 year old friend if I'm his mum. That's how my various health issue have aged me. Surely that's punishment enough. My own bloody mother told me I was 60 and I was only 5 fuckin' 8. I didn't even question it. I still love and miss you so much but I wish you were here right now so I can ask you where you got you mathematical skills from. Cos it certainly wasn't Einstein. Thanks. Can I still keep my recent trophy.

I'm going to disclose something I'm not too proud of. When I came out of rehab I took an access course to bring my study skills up to the level needed to study for my first degree. Computer skills was mandatory, fail that you don't pass the access course. Well once the term had finished about 2 days before the course work had to be handed in the computer tutor sent me to the library with everything I had to do. One thing at a time cos I just didn't get it. I passed the course obviously. But when I went back to study for my degree she told me that they had changed the level of work needed to pass and knowing if never do it she gave me the exam they were using a decade ago. The test had changed about 6 times since then.

When I got my first computer I thought if I pressed the wrong button I'd turn all of the lights off in somewhere like Norway. I'm not much better now. But then you don't need computer skills to reference work or write a bibliography. It was spreadsheets. Shit like that.

Nope - I have a fantastic stupidity detector which is always correct and the amount of stupidity I'm detecting from your posts is none, zero, zilch.
