Hey all,

I'm new to the board so here are my numbers.

40yrs young
5 ft 6 in
190lbs
17%bf
Would like to get down to 175lbs 10% bf or lower
Was 217lbs 7 weeks ago
I've been on about 10 cycles from age 25 to 32 and have done quite well
My diet consists of 2000 to 2300 calories and I try to stay close to the 40/30/30 protein, carbs, fat ratio
My workout is chest/back, biceps/triceps, shoulders/traps and legs/abs 2 on 2 off 2 on 1off
I've been an athlete most of my life but have slacked the past few years
I have access to most AAS and would love some help on putting something together that'll help me to my goal.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know your maintenance... But regardless of calories, a good 10 week cutting cycle would be :
Week 1-10 Test E 250mg EW
Week 1-10 Tren A 50mg ED
Week 1-4 kickstart of your choice
Week 12-16 pct
Have some arimidex/letrozole in case you need it. You could also do the ECA thing, maybe some clen and t3.
 
Sounds great, thanks for the input. Can I sub prop for test E? I just have more of it right now. I have cyp but I retain more water when on it so i know that's a no go. I still have to lose about 10lbs, dial in my diet a bit more and put the whole thing together. I say about another month and I'll be ready to start. Thanks again, much appreciated.
 
When running tren or deca wouldn't you wanna keep some caber on hand as well?
 
You could use test p instead but you'll have to inject eod or so. And yeah as serotonin said have some caber too in case prolactin gets too high.
 
yeah caber on hand is a good Idea, especially if your prone to prolactin sides. This is just prudent as 19 nors can play havoc with prolactin especially if running a long cycle. And as always better to be prepared, Though caber isn't your only option Bromocriptine is also an option. Though I found caber to work better for me at least.

You guys are awesome, thanks for the info. I got my hands on some caber, adex and clomid. I've got no problem with pinning EOD so prop is an option but I think I'm gonna go with flyhighs suggestion with a modification and when everything else is in order I'll be GTG. I'll keep all interested parties posted. Thanks again.
 
Hey brother you forgot one thing Tamoxifen (Nolvadex). It is important that you have both clomid and nolva to run a proper PCT. other then that you seem sorted for the most part... just remember man that no mater what you take its only going to be worth it if you can be Very disciplined in your dieting and your lifting regimen; shit in is shit out mate. Good luck.

You could do a clomid only pct if you can't/don't wanna get nolvadex. It would be something like this :
100/100/50/50 or
50/50/50/50
Having nolva is always better.
 
Cool. From everything I've read or have heard using Nolva when coming off a compound such as tren is a no go. I have Nolva on hand but didn't include it in my earlier post bc I wasn't planning on using it for my PCT. I've used tren on two previous occasions and didn't use Nolva on my way out. The boys came back pretty good, libido and drive were on point and levels were also where they should've been. Like last time I also have hcg and was planning on using it during so it'll be easier to come back at the end. What are the vets opinions on the Nolva/tren issue? Please advise. Hey fly I'm totally with you on the diet/ discipline front that's why I'm working like a madman to get to 175/180 lbs and about 12/13 bf before I introduce anything stronger than aspirin to my body...lol. Btw fly my cal maintenance is around 2300, I'm on a 1900 cal high pro diet right now until I lose those last 10lbs then to grow I'll up the cals to 3k or so and see how it goes. do not listen to the guy telling you to do tren/test, or any of these guys telling you to inject yourself with a bunch of steroids.. you are doing a cutting cycle.. you don't need any of this, believe me.

first thing is you have to get your diet on track..

you want to aim to lose a pound a week.

be in a caloric deficit of no more than 300 cals.
make sure you are meeting your daily macros, cycle your carbs, have your protein intake at 1lbm per pound.

your goal is easy to achieve, steroids are only going to complicate things for you..

if you really want to do something i'd suggest clenbuterol, but clen won't do much for you unless you are already on the right track with your diet. perhaps hgh then at 2-3iu for 4months at least and you will see excellent results, you will get an overall well being at your age from the hgh too.

not sure of your workout routine but make sure your getting in at least 40mins of cardio in addition to your lifts everyday in my opinion.

It's because nolvadex will further increase prolactin sides. But I think it can be controlled with caber. However if you recover just fine from clomid only, no need to add another drug.
So yeah, if you wanna use nolvadex you'll probably have to up the caber until all the tren gets out of your system. And acetate gets out pretty quick.
 
Dead93, Thank you for your suggestions and your time. I do plenty of cardio and I'm still fine tuning my diet but its coming along. Last year I tried Clen and it made me physically ill, so I won't try that again. As for the HCG if I have to use it for 4 months I think I'd be better off doing what I'm doing and saving the HCG for its restorative qualities, plus I don't have 4 months worth on hand and that stuff gets expensive...lol. If not the cycle above and I had to use something to build muscle and lean out what would you suggest? Thanks again.

No more than 300 cals ? That's 2100 a week, and a pound of fat is 3500. Do you even math? And I don't believe he can afford hgh, not effective at a low dose anyway.
I don't agree that steroids will complicate things. They will just keep him from losing muscle, or even build muscle on a cut.
 
300 calories below your maintenance level. That's what a calorie deficit is, Flyhigh.

If you stay the same weight at 1300 calories, you'll want to eat 1000 calories a day.
