Opioids Plastic adulterants in fentanyl

That’s super weird because in one study on rats I found, it reduces withdrawal symptoms and decreases addictiveness of morphine. And there are other studies with nicotine and cocaine showing the same thing. Not exactly what dealers would want. But on the flipside it might actually have benefits. And it does not seem to be toxic based on the research done so far. There are worse adulterants, and it looks like one could probably remove it without too much difficulty, as it is vastly less soluble in water than fentanyl - 18 vs 200mg/ml.

Calling it a plastic adulterant is rather misleading, imo. It’s a nicotinic antagonist in mammals.
