RCs Plant food labelled "bloom" and "rush"

I saw these at a local head shop. They were packaged by the gram and looked commercially produced(had a brand name and logo). ever since I saw them, I can't find out anywhere what these brands actually are supposed to be.

So, Bloom and Rush. Anyone know what they are?

They were being sold at $-- a gram.
