Misc Piracetam serving size/dosage

So I bought a packet of piracetam online...it says on the front of the bag that it contains 100g and the serving size is 800mg. My question is, is the serving size supposed to be measured in teaspoons or tablespoons? In other words, is it 800mg per tsp...or is it supposed to be measured differently. also, I would be interested to hear the preferred dosage for all of you. Any info provided would be much appreciated...
