Red HQs are a hard lot to pick the shit from the crud, if they are double stamped, domed and lightly speckled, then you may have the goods.
Even so, a lot of good fakes going round. Have some HQs at the moment, best i have had this year IMHO, but be warned there are a shitload of dodgy ones going round. As always, test, test, test!
