Misc Picture of Syringe Super Zoomed in

I've seen an image on this forum before,
it's like a picutre of the needle of a syringe at a microscopic view
it's actually three pictures: first time used, second, third something like that.
Does anyone have it?
I've been searching for it forever.
It's terrifying.
