Phoenix, AZ scene (not only drugs)

Hey, guys!

There's a chance that I will move to Phoenix, AZ.

I'd really love to know drug-wise and entertainment-wise what this city is like.
I'm interested in E and Meth. What clubs there are? What kind of crowd's there.

I searched forums a little and from what I read I understood that there's lots of H and mostly mexicans rule drug scene there.

Anyways, would appreciate any info on the subject!
