Info Philosophical / Academic Research Question

For the past several years I have been attempting to craft a philosophically sound, well researched, and academically formatted paper that solves the issue of "Darwin's Missing Link" in his Theory of Evolution. The philosophy / ideology I have come up with and am gathering research on provides the answer to this missing link in the form of hallucinogens and their implications on the primates that we supposedly evolved from. I realize this is not a totally new train of thought, there have been several books that deal with a similar way of thinking.

My question for the support staff here at BL is how can I go about getting assistance and feedback on the unique way that I plan on crafting this paper? I have already looked at the research section of the site but I am slightly confused at the qualifications to receive any kind of research assistance. Currently, I am not going to any school or university, I am pretty much your average Joe, but with the mind of a visionary. While I would love to go back to school, that is something that life with two kids, a wife, and me the only one working does not allow.

What steps would you recommend to advance ideas such as mine? Feel free to reply back here or send a PM if the support staff sees that as more fitting. I look forward to hearing back from you ^.^

You're still more than welcome to post in our Drug Studies section following as much of the criteria as you're able to. There's no requirement that you be an actual researcher or student so long as you don't state otherwise.

Likely type up the sort of feedback you're looking for and use the (Assignment) prefix alongside some of the background you've given here. Posters of the forum should be more than happy to assist with needed feedback.
