I have taken illegal and legal slimming pills and to be honest the illegal pills have lost me more weight then any other, but all i want to know is, DOES THIS PILL WORK?????? I have a wedding to go to in Feb and i want to loose at least 2 stone before then, i do half hour on the wii fit every day so im not a lard ass hoping for an easy fix, but just a push along in the right direction. Can someone please just be honest with me and tell me DO THEY WORK!!!!!

I don't know whether that diet pill works or not. I do know though that once you stop the diet pill, unless you continue with the Wii Fit and calorie reduction, you will ultimately gain back whatever weight you lost and quite possibly some extra.

Basically, you're aiming to lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks. Maybe a few more weeks as you didn't specify when the wedding is in February. Losing 30 pounds in 6 weeks is probably not going to happen healthily, but it could possibly be done with a change in your caloric intake and your exercise regimen. I don't think a half hour of Wii Fit will fit the bill, but I am not 100% positive what exactly Wii Fit entails.

Basically, a pound is equal to 3000 (or 3500, depending on who you ask 8)) calories. To lose a pound, burn or don't eat 3000 calories. Your best bet is to figure out your BEE and then your TEE (I can do that for you if you tell me your height, weight, and age) and shave a couple hundred calories off that a day, not going below 1200 (or 1400 as some say).

So, say your TEE comes out to be 1700 calories a day. Aim to not eat (or aim to exercise off) 500 a day for a week, and there's a pound in a week.

Basically, I don't see you losing almost 30 pounds in such a short time frame. BUT, I won't say it's impossible since I lost 45 pounds in three months (without the use of pills or any drugs whatsoever--I did it with a lifestyle change and caloric modifications), though over the past four years I have picked back up almost 20. :-/ Losing weight gradually is the way to go--The slower you lose it, the slower you'll gain it back.
 
Okay, let me ask you something:

You'll be slim for the wedding you're attending in February, but when you gain the weight back, it'll give your family members (and future family members!) something to gossip about.

Wouldn't you just rather lose say 10 pounds in those 6-8 weeks the right way and keep them off? I know I would.
 
Phenethylamine isnt gonna have an actual impact on your metabolism.
you'd have to take it with an MAOI to noticabley feel something, and that something would just be an increase in mood.
imo PEA is a pretty good appetite suppresant, so i guess combining that with a low-calorie diet would help you lose weight.

your better off just exercising more often and watching what you eat... :\
