Phenibut Test run one day 500 mg followed up by the next day a 500 mg dose

I decided to Try Phenibut out. I found it at a local healthfood store where they sell st.johns wort,amino acids and proteins. Etc. I found a bottle of 60 capsules of 500 mg phenibut ( known as MRM relax all) it is mixed though with Valerian root and chamomille like a mixture with the phenibut. So in each Capsule you'll find Valerian root extract, chamomile and 500 mg Phenibut plus Calcium and Magnesium.

The relaxation that Phenibut gives can be described as remarkable comparable to xanax and clonazepam but its different. You feel a bit of sedation, and slowness but not like xanax or clonazepam ut the first time I took Phenibut I had to drive the car afterwards and I found my driving capability reduced more so than after drinking 2-3 beers. The Phenibut effect is clearness of the mind , Usually I have so much stuff on my mind that I am thinking about constantly but I find that Phenibut gets rid of all your worries whether small or large. Like my mind is racing but phenibut shut its down. I also feel social on Phenibut, Euphoric a bit of energy with some sedation. I am able to laugh and crack jokes... At 500 mg you feel good, not really intoxicated but you feel good, there is some sedation maybe its due to the valerian ( my capsules where a combo ) and I would not recommend anybody to drive on Phenibut until your used to how it effects you. Your memory and intellect are not effected in any sense and you get a strong clear mind feeling with no fog like with benzos. Like I was driving my car music on high relaxing one hand on the window resting having this careless feeling. Music is enhanced, Empathy too. The relaxation is of the body and soul. Russians truly know how to make Anxiolytic there are other agents out there too. Afabazole one of the known agents.




The effects of Phenibut last approximately 2-3 hours at 500 mg but there is an afterglow, you feel relaxed the whole day. I also worked out after taking Phenibut and the relaxation was further intensified. As where feelings of Pleasure.

Phenibut makes you feel good, like you accomplished something and on top things, Euphoric easy going. Stress is down.
Your more Productive. Your mind is sharp and clear. There is slight sedation. Phenibut worked for me at 500 mg but you can take 2000 mg too. At low dosages Anxiety is reduced significantly. But your not intoxicated.

I have to try a large dosage.
 
A few more notes, The day feels like it is at peace, All is okay type of feeling. With feelings of I am good and no negativity and music sounds so good. I took a dosage of 500 mg yesterday afternoon and I felt the effects as described above also that night when I went to sleep my was deep and I felt very rested and energized this morning. I took a 500 mg this morning and I find the effects that I felt yesterday came back and are more intense.

Also anything mental you do on Phenibut your more into it and you do better at it no kidding, Like I was playing video games last night GTA V I did a lot better at it. Later on I was reading up and discussing Pharmacology and I was better able to recall my subject ...
It is nootropic.

Just not good to overdue I know about the addictive factor but any substance with good effects can be addictive.
 
music sounds amazing every melody is intensified , every tone. You start listening to tunes that you didn't listen to in ages. I am listening to Usher Confessions part 2 this morning. You feel Calm, Empathy, Euphoria. The effects of Phenibut are better than benzodiazepines. it has some effects that are on par with MDMA with more of a GABA effects so your not over stimulated slightly sedated.
Also to note this morning I took some Snus Tobacco with 500 mg phenibut and the effects are mixed.

Tonight I am gonna take 1 g to 1.5 g of Phenibut with some Alcohol , Jump start 2014 in an amazing way.
 
Personally, I love phenibut and find its affects to be similar to a 1st plateau DXM trip in many many ways... But I will warn you to not abuse this high as it is very addicting a withdrawals are crucial. I would HIGHLY advise 3x a week or even 2x a week until you find that sweet spot, just a fair warning
Alcohol and phenibut makes one helluva combo! :) Confidence through the roof, makes me get along with others great and talk about anything! but the day after is shit so there's that haha multivitamin plus h20 forsure!!

Never tried a DXM trip. But the effects of Phenibut are relaxing, Clearing, And Euphoric they make me feel good. I feel those Dopamine levels rise.
So how many times a week is it good to use Phenibut I used it Monday, Tuesday and Tonight....
How is the withdrawal?
Yea I felt a crappy neausea type hangover after new years eve. Music is so nice on phenibut I feel Music Euphoria...

I feel a bit of sedation but sometimes Phenibut stimulates. And I ended blacking out on Phenibut and Alcohol but nothing too bad.
 
phenibut ironically tastes like a rank mixture of fannies and butts

^ no gaba drug is like mdma- they just aren't

the euphoria from propofol when it wears off is certainly the same level of intensity of good mood but the feeling is nothing like it

everyone compares everything to mdma and the closest for me are oral amphetamines/mecaline. mdma is like halfway between these highs- its rushy but mellow.

phenibut is to be used sparingly. has a nasty rebound that kicks in quick

If that is not available, Throw it in a shot glass, add some h20 or juice,
Down the Hatch!! Then chase it with you're favorite sugary beverage :)
 
Yea phenibut does lead to some nausea and some hangovers that are coupled with a dizzy feeling. But this is if the dosage is greater than 2 grams or around 2 gram and higher. Dosages of 500 mg to 1500 mg lead to a some mild feelings of Euphoria and a mood boost and sometimes a boost in motivation. It also helps out with sleep quality depth and duration of sleep i took 500 mg last night and it helped me sleep 9 hours but a real deep sleep and very refreshing. I also woke up feeling clear headed. It is almost better than taking Trazodone or other sleep aids.

I just found out about phenibut so I used it 2-3 times a week with breaks inbetween, The hangovers can be bad. But the anxiolytic effect and the sedative effects are nice as are some of the hypnotic effects.

At higher dosages there is more Euphoria but the hangovers are bad. And if mixed with alcohol you black out.

Its nice at least that its a good anxiolytic a decent mood booster and its OTC , Over the counter where I live.
 
I don't really mind the phenibut taste, it seems sour, bitter, sweet and umami combined or something...

I have had the withdrawals when I took it for a few months which lasted a few days but nowhere near as bad as benzo's. Still I agree with the cycling, if you take it every day take a while off after 2-3 weeks or better yet only use it 4 days a week tops. It must matter how much you take, I hear some people taking much higher doses than I ever took.
 
I knew about phenibut for years but always thought of it as more of a sleep supplement, like alcohol really. Never thought to use it during the day as I don't like feeling sleepy in the daytime. Today I knew was going to be rather stressful for me(due to some possible rather awkward,possibly embarrassing situation with my social anxiety) so decided to try some when I got up in the morning 6 a.m. Needed something to dull my social ineptudes and possibly(to me) possible embarrassment. I had phenibut anyway, what's the harm? Besides a life long addiction of groveling in the gutter looking for phenibut, lol !! With 150mg.adrafinil+200mg.caffiene+12.5mg.ephedrine+250mg.L-tyrosine(this is my daily cocktail to get out of bed) down it went. I would also like to try pyrazolam compared to this phenibut for social anxiety. Anyways it did take the edge off of the perceived awkward situation with little perceived inebriation(500mg. dose), except around 4-5 hours later where it seemed stronger. Maybe this was because stress situation was over and done with(like a public speaking situation say) and my own arousal state would have gone down anyway. I can't see this being a good sleep medicine as it takes too long to work, whereas ghb was and is an excellent sleep medication, to bad it cut into the rich man's profits with his ambien and lunesta therefore they launched a demonization campaign against it.

Phenibut is sparsely addictive. Pyrazolam... That's a whole'nother story...

Pyrazolam is a Benzodiazepines drug. It works in a very different way than phenibut - it actually binds to the GABAa receptors and potentiates the effects of the endogenous ligands (GABA being one of them). This will give you incredible sedation, relaxation, hypnosis (the feeling of want to sleep), and sometimes euphoria. Ever heard of Xanax? Klonopin? Ativan? Valium? Pyrazolam is in the same class of medications at those. These are very relaxing and antianxiety-inducing drugs that come with a horrible price.

Some people believe that Beznodiazepines are more addictive than opioids (painkillers). In fact, some people claim that Xanax is even more addictive than Heroin. I really recommend that you DO NOT try Pyrazolam. If you really do need a benzodiazepines for medical issues - then get a doctor to prescribe you a safe one.
 
surely you just imagine a bad tasting vag and an ass that could be cleaner then mix em in your brain and here we go!
 
I've tried phenibut in the past but I've generally avoided it for the past few years after a very strange night when I'd mixed it with alcohol and phenylalanine. Basic upshot was after a good deal of drinking I found a strong degree of uncharactaristic behaviour, loss of inhibitions - much more than normal with alcohol - and strong loss of impulse control. Ended up headbutting a friend & workmate, very unusually bold behaviour with women and drunk driving home (with no incident, but that doesn't excuse it).
Don't know to what extent it was the combination with alcohol & phenylalanine but I've not taken much phenibut, or phenalalnine since, alone or together.

I appreciate your concern swampfox, but from most of the reports pyrazolam appears to be basically a non-sedating,"functional", some say crappy, benzo. Most reports seem to say the crappiness is due to it's being a weak benzo. This is from people that are far from benzo niave. If in your experience it is something else please share. Some seem to believe phenibut is the "whole nother story", to each his own, we all have a unique biochemistry----in the case of pyrazolam it hasn't been out there long enough to really know I think. This incredible sedation, relaxation, hypnosis and sometimes euphoria is your experience?

But yes I know they are addictive....

Phenibut is not that addictive, you just have to cut down usage that is it and control anything can be abused . The phenibut buzz is the best probably the first ten times you go at it. You feel a nice euphoria and sociability its sedating but not really but its also a social drug and an antidepressant and anxiolytic like these effects are the most recognizable. It takes a few hours to kick in but when it does you feel really relaxed and nothing seems to bother you and it also relaxes your muscles significantly . And the world appears more clear not foggy, colours are enhanced , your ability to focus and concentrate is increased social anxiety is decreased, And things such as hand eye coordination are increased. There can be an overwhelming feeling of content and the feeling everything is okay with the world and also sometimes feelings of awe because you view the world through a positive window you can at times feel the beauty of the world for the first time( for example your driving with your car and you look around and the day is sunny nice out and stuff you usually take for granted now your like wow, that is why I said Phenibut increases your perception of your environment and decreases anxiety your paying attention to stuff around you instead of in your head) . This was my best experience with the substance when I first started using it. Seems Phenibut at first has a Reverse tolerance like the first two weeks you should use it with breaks here and there and you can hit a peak experience like I did)
But when you continuously use Phenibut your tolerance after dosing 3-4 days in a row goes through the roof. Like the first day u could use 500 mg to 1 g and get a buzz but the fourth day you would take 2 grams sometimes 3 grams to get buzz of the first day. Take breaks inbetween usage of Phenibut.


Actually Phenibut is extensively used in Russia for stress tolerance, anxiety, Depression and Post traumatic disorder. Its a Russian product after all. Whats Interesting Russians are notorious for making good Nootropics. I heard good things about Noopept too.
 
I actually had access to the Belarussian and Russian Pharmaceutical grade Phenibut and instructions on how to use the 250 mg capsules in the Russian language of course.

I think Phenibut for once a week or once every other or third week as an anxiolytic or antidepressive agent as well as Nootropic is great. It has Euphoric effects too but this varies for people.
I will say that it is a magnificient Anxiolytic.
 
I mean the addiction factor you notice a pull with Phenibut to dose again etc. But its nowhere near as strong as Alcohol for me, for example when I drink I usually go all the way. On Phenibut your clear mentally your not intoxicated and out of your mind booze does that to you way worse , I feel like I have more self control on Phenibut.
Yea its a substance you need to watch true,
but anything is addictive People that got hooked on Phenibut have that personality and can get hooked on other substances too.

Phenibut increases the effects of Alcohol significantly and can cause you to black Out.

But Phenibut can help with Addiction, and another effect Phenibut increases Dopamine levels in the Brain there was a report of a Cocaine addict ( Nasal) using Phenibut to help with Cravings and stop the addiction . In Russia it used for Alcoholism due to its GABAergic properties it also has Dopamine Release properties.


When you look at Pharmaceutical grade medication or drugs Benzos, things like Antidepressants, Phenibut etc Its like a balance with two hands. One hand is the pros and the other hand is the cons, There are so many factors to take into consideration but if u use some of these things correctly they can have positive effects.

Yea I believe what that dude said its like rolling ( mdma) you can achieve feelings of awe and amazement on Phenibut . I felt something similiar and a feeling of Peace as I described. I think it depends on Individual Biochemistry etc. I advocate the safe usage of Phenibut though.
