Benzos phenibut for benzo withdrawal

I had a question. One person told em I could use phenibut as much as I want and still recover from benzos. One other person told me that taking phenibut once a week is the same in recovery effect as taking valium once a week. My question is what are you guys' opinions on whether or not I can recover while taking phenibut? As anyone taken phenibut while in benzo withdrawal and still recovered? Ive only heard from two people and the opinions are mixed so IM looking for people with experience in it. Please help me I need to know if I can still take phenibut and recover.

phenibut is habit forming so you may very well impede your benzo tapering using it daily. use it sparingly, very sparingly.
