Just fucking don't. I knew it was a bad idea but I have done it several times before without any real problem. Usually I wake up and take more phenny and maybe a little hair of the dog and go on about my day but this time i drank a fifth of vodka and took my usual dose of phenibut and I laid in bed for 24 hours wishing for death. This is not a normal hangover, this is pure fucking hell. I feel like I am going to have a stroke or something. I dont know why this time was different than the others but I will never do this again. Just wanted to let anyone who might be new to this shit to know its a terrible idea to mix the two. Don't fuck up a beautiful thing. I hesitated to type this because i dont want to bring undue attention on phenibut because of my stupid decisions but I feel sicker than I ever remember being from alcohol and felt it kind of important to share this if it might prevent someone else from doing something stupid.
