Perth pills Blue Crown (new to Bluelight sorry)

They are from Perth, WA.

Pills are light blue, with a 3 pointed crown.
They have minimal dark blue specs.
Very neat, all same size and shape.
One side has the Crown imprint, other side has a line through the middle.

Do they buy?

They don't want to waste a LOT of money, does anyone have reviews?
Couldn't find anything on pillreports etc. Don't want duds here.

Also If they buy 1gram of charlie for $400 is this standard price for Perth?

How do you know if it's good charlie? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
