Hey, anyone going to Grooverider? Or is everyone gonna be at Gatecrasher?
Here's my dilemma: There is no way i can miss Grooverider, the guy is a legend, but I really want to go to a gig the size of Gatecrasher. Do i totally trash myself and my financial situation by going to both?
How many are people are going to both, and whats it like to roll two nights in a row?
 
Grooverider is on easter Sunday at Zanadu and GC is at Metros the night after, so i don't like your chances of either im afraid...

Well I wouldnt goto Grooverider on Easter Sunday anyway then, but Gate Crasher at Metro's... i might be able to get in

Main one.. will be your run of the mill up lifting gatecrasher bollox.
theres a drum n bass room
and a funky hosue room.

Hey, word is Grooverider is now *sold out*. I don't know whether to be "over the moon" that the place is gonna be fully packed, or sad for those lameass people who missed out. Especially cause one of those lameass dudes is one of my mates.
So, anyone got a ticket to spare for a really cute Jamaican guy with huge dreads.... i am sure he would be willing to go as low as sexual favors for one

Yeah, it's fuct. Sydney has a day between Grooverider & GC. I don't feel like thrashing myself so badly as to have a large one at groover and then GC as well. But GC, i'm going all out. I'm talking Crasher kid style. If my ass finds it's gear shift, I'll be there with many different coloured bits of hair, face paint, bright silver duds, and all that. Now i'm no candy raver, but on april 24th/25th, i will be, superficially at least.
I'm going to One More Drop at the Dual Control Dance Club the night b4. OLDSKOOL CREW!!!! I know a guy who's going with his parents it's so oldschool. Ahhhhh remember the days of DCs, take me back.
Oh but i may head down to see MC GQ and well i guess Gooverider will be playing at the same time, so i'll see him too, but that's only if i get free entry, it's 50/50. I'm sick of Zanadu's $30 for one DJ and one MC bullshit.
Oh i bought a $50 GC ticket cause a friend is paying half, otherwise, $50 is fucking unbelieveable, i had to check the calendar to make sure it wasn't new years eve already.
Oh and i'm not knocking Grooverider, I just love GQ.

Anyway, I really think that GC is going to alright, but 50 bucks for a ticket is way too steep. It will totally be packed out and that means less and less room to dance and that is not good. I think grooverider will be better for sure. So is Grooverider sold out yet? If is is I will most likely go to 'Perthquake' or 'one more drop'. But I'm really saving myself (and my bicky) for Random Logik. This rave is for all the hardcore massive. 'Scott Brown' is a totally kick ass hardcore DJ. I hope to see some bluelighters there. Maybe we should have a meetup?
