personal use arrests?

Is there documentation of anyone being arrested for personal use of Research Chemicals such as Methylone or 5-meo-MIPT?
 
if the research chemicals are banned ,or are illegal, which in most countrys they are considered to be or at least covered under analogue laws which include wording such as 'substantially similar chemical structure' etc,then i would imagine they can pretty much arest you for nearly any chemical found on this discussion board..?note:each country has different laws and wording so depends where you are etc...
 
i was caught with 5-meo-amt back in 2002, they just took the stuff, but then i had it all in one vial rather than divided up into doses. i would check into analogue laws if you wanna find out better information about this subject.
 
We've had reports in this forum from people who were busted for possession of small amounts of research chems.

Sometimes the cops don't know what the substance is, and they end up charging it as cocaine or somesuch.
 
In NewZealand methylone was being marketed and sold as 'ease' pills to members ofthe public before a sample was sent to the ESR scientists who said that in there view the product was ILLEGAL and always had been as it was covered under analogue laws.'substantially similar to MDMA' and therefor the product was immediately pulled..(it is now classed as a C class drug)..but i dont think the people running the company were ever charged.....:\
