Peganum Harmala-- immature seeds, need seed quantity to gram ratio

This is actually for traditional persian folk remedy use, I moved to an area where there is a shit ton of Syrian Rue growing everywhere. 50-100 mg of harmala seeds (Asfand) can be used to treat high blood pressure, depression, insomnia, and as a sex enhancer.
I have been waiting for these seeds to mature... as of yet they are still immature... probably quite loaded with active phytochemicals, but they are quite soft and moist, so in order to get a rough idea of how many grams of wet seeds makes how many grams of dry seeds I need some rather difficult to find information, namely, how many actual seeds makes a gram of syrian rue? I could also just dry out the actual seeds and assume the alkaloid profile is the same at immaturity to measure a medicinal dose out myself.

Like any other biological product, the seeds of Syrian rue are not standardized by weight. You would have to count the seeds and weigh them yourself on a milligram scale to get an accurate figure, and even then, it would not necessarily be the same weight for all rue seeds, just the ones you have.
