Pcp + lsd

Anyone ever dared to try this.

I'm thinking about doing it tomorrow.

well two points to take into consideration:

the good news is that any neurotoxic side effects from the PCP will be negated by the LSD.

the bad news is, the combination of effects on the dopamine receptors and dissociative action of the PCP might promote psychosis.

I haven't tried the combo, but I would personally use a lower dose of PCP as it will be potentiated by the LSD anyway.

Um, what? Neurotoxicity from the PCP won't be "negated" by LSD. And PCP doesn't work on the dopamine receptors AFAIK, it's an NMDA agonist, and even if it did, dopaminergic drugs + LSD doesn't increase the risk of psychosis occurring. I would agree with lower dosages though.

I've never tried the combo, but if it's anything like LSD + ketamine then I'm sure it's great.

I imagine the PCP would overpower the LSD quite a bit, so keep your dose small and try a bit more acid.

You may want to avoid this combo if you are inexperienced with combining NMDA antagonists with LSD.

I tried some IV Ketamine 24 hours after dosing LSD (still high from not but not "tripping" as hard as the initial 8-12 hours) and it blew my face away a lot more than normal to be quite honest.

I feel as if I had chosen to use IV K closer to the peak of the acid that it may have been a bit overwhelming, possibly difficult to even cap the rig before spacing out.

Plus as I understand PCP to be, it's sort of one of those things where if you overshoot it you're going to be out of it for a while - wouldn't you want to maybe start with the PCP and then when you're good (or close to being good) then you can take the acid?

actually I remember reading serotonin agonists do make NMDA receptor antagonists less neurotoxic.

all you need to know about PCP. It does have effects on dopamine, and that is the theorized mechanism for PCP induced psychosis. It's not due to the NMDA receptor antagonism but because of the effects on dopamine.

Also, LSD does effect dopamine (it effects a lot of neurotransmitter systems). Although PCP doesn't have much of an effect on dopamine in lower doses, the combined effect of LSD and PCP might push it over the edge so be sure to use a low dose.

and 5HT-2a agonists reduce/eliminate the neurotoxicity of NMDA antagonists:

I highly recommend the combination. I tried 4-methoxy-PCP and DOI this summer and it was one of the better trips I've had.

I found ketamine + HWBR seeds to be very intense, cosmic and euphoric but also extremely confusing. There probably is potential in the combo you suggest but it would probably be very weirdly intense and probably not very introspective in any kind of useful manner, at least not until the PCP wore off.
