What exactly does that mean in refence to being in your 20's in the workforce or being a young adult?

I have a fair idea myself but want more clarification

It means putting in hours an sweat. Some people have to do this a lot more than others for the same job.

"& thank god" but this is the sorta behavior i do my best to despise even when/if loaded. Our society encourages the rich to fuck human lives for profit sake. Although i must admit my first thought when reading that was "thank god!" but thinking back on it i would give up any amount of paper $ if it means human lives on the other side dont gotta be in a sweat shop etc. that'd offically Suck.
