Writing-up Past Drug Use and Schizotypical Symptoms Questionnaire

Hello, I'm a third year University student studying Psychology and I was wondering if you could help me out with my dissertation project. I am investigating whether past history use of certain drugs (alcohol, cannabis, cigarettes, ecstasy & cocaine) have an impact on schizotypical symptoms. I was wondering if you would be able to pass around my questionnaire, if possible, to help me achieve good findings. It is not a tool of diagnosis and if anyone feels uncomfortable doing the survey, they can withdraw and all data is anonymous (this is all explained at the start of the questionnaire).
